Essential Job Functions: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. IWS in Shelton, CT is looking for a 2nd Shift Cleaner/Light Maintenance Tech. for their sorting facility. Monday thru Friday with some saturdays from 3:00PM to 11:00PM. $16.35 per hour, plus amazing Union benefits!! · Follow OSHA safety standards and wear required PPE

Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
Experience from the sanitation industry, or maintenence/porter/cleaner expereince is strongly preferred.
Able to work in an outdoor environment on a constant basis while being exposed to variable weather conditions, temperatures, chemicals, dust, fumes, smells, and loud noises.
