About The Position
As a Janitorial Associate at Walmart Supercenter #343, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers have a positive experience from the moment they arrive until they leave. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness and safety of the store, which includes various areas such as the parking lot, restrooms, and receiving areas. This position is essential in creating a welcoming environment for customers and ensuring that the store meets high cleanliness standards. You will be expected to perform routine cleaning tasks, respond to spills and other cleanliness issues promptly, and ensure that all areas are well-maintained and safe for both customers and employees. In addition to your cleaning duties, you will also be responsible for adhering to safety protocols and using cleaning supplies and equipment properly. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your role will also involve reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management, ensuring that the store remains a safe place for everyone. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
