About The Position

Temp Cleanroom Production Tech 1 DESCRIPTIONS · Experience working in a cleanroom environment utilizing industry standard ESD practice. · Proficient in small/component parts, skills in soldering and use of semi-automated tooling for building and testing on HSA & HDD lines. · Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. · Perform assembly work using a microscope and small hand tools such as tweezers, and razor blades in a cleanroom environment. · Understand and apply all manufacturing procedures and other necessary documentation as it relates to the product line. · Work with assigned equipment and recognize mechanical problems as they arise. · Comply with all safety and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). · Performs basic maintenance on tools or equipment and notifies supervisor of needed repairs. · Dependability – Follows instructions, respond to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Keeps commitments; completes tasks correctly and on time, or notifies the appropriate person with an alternate plan. · Performs other duties assigned as needed. QUALIFICATIONS A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. At least 2 years of experience in electrical device assembly (soldering, general knowledge of cleanroom and procedures). Experienced using electrical device equipment. Demonstrate knowledge of manufacturing principles practices, and procedures. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to work cooperatively with co-workers. Computer Skills: Basic knowledge in computers - accessing email, training, and documents via company network. This position will be performed in a clean room production environment which requires certain preparation and gowning practices. Must be able to complete repetitive movements for extensive periods of time. Must be able to work overtime as requested. Ability to perform duties in accordance with policies and procedures. Ability to work in the line with very minimal supervision.
