  • Perform a variety of functions associated with FPA thinning operations, including mounting, hand painting PR, lapping, dpt, etch, inspection, FTIR measurements and analysis, and cleaning.
  • Process 200mm wafer through Lithography, Deposition, and Etch processes.
  • Familiarity with operation of metrology equipment requiring analysis of data.
  • Maintain detailed records such as SPC charts & data entry for Products and Equipment.
  • Ability to work in an ISO Class 6 cleanroom and familiar with 6S principles.
  • Understand clean room protocol and familiarity with handling chemicals.
  • Schedule and coordinate WIP for efficient movement of Production and Engineering priorities.
  • Follow instructions on paper and digital Travelers.
  • Inspect and disposition nonconforming product.

  • Typically requires a minimum of 1 - 2 years of related experience.
