About The Position

Responsible for operating the automated inspection equipment and visually inspects parts when time permits.

• With training, acquire accuracy in using scales and other measuring devices
• Legible handwriting

Responsibilities

• Operation of the Automated Inspection Machines
• Must be able to distinguish good and bad parts
• Follow ISO Procedures
• Train machine operators on machine setup and troubleshooting
• Check routing and be alert to special instructions on bin tags
• Perform Inventory and other Shipping Activities
• Buffing various parts on a cloth buffing wheel
• Lifting up to 25 lb. pans of parts from cart to desk
• Deliver Rubbermaid containers to shipping racks
• Deliver Rubbermaid containers to Bakery cart
• Load parts onto rods with the use of picks
• Computer Data Entry
• Operate molding presses
• Perform 1 stage and 3 stage IPA washing
• Operate IPA Washing Machine
• Regular & Consistent Attendance
• Maintain a clean/safe work area
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
