Assembly - Clean Room
About The Position
Ichor Systems has an immediate opening for a Clean Room Assembler , located in Fremont, CA. Reporting to the Supervisor, the Clean Room Assembler will perform the function of assembler, tag and bag as well as, but not limited to the functions of DI wash, bag and tag, leak check, LPC testing, and more. Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities – Other duties may be assigned General labor but not limited to loading and unloading various types of cleaning equipment, miscellaneous assembly, inspecting, alcohol wiping, swabbing, nitrogen dry parts, leak, function and flow testing, bagging, packaging and other duties that pertain to all areas. Demonstrate ability to operate air and electric drivers, LPC testing, bag sealers, and leak check Demonstrate ability to operate ultra sonic wash Must be able to train and work in other production areas depending on the production schedule. May work in the clean room the entire shift, clean line or assembly areas as workflow dictates. Maintain proper use of required PPE. This includes coveralls, boots, hairnets/headcovers/face shields, gloves, etc. Work with direct supervision
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend and lift, push, pull, carry up to 50lbs
- Work with appropriate safety and PPE requirements including: coveralls, hairnet/headcover/face shield, gloves
- Visual acuity and manual dexterity
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a clean room environment is a plus.
