For this role we need someone organized, tenacious, sharp, and curious — someone who can handle a million moving parts without dropping the ball. At the crux of it all: you have to be able to figure things out. If something breaks, you’ll fix it. If something’s unclear, you’ll ask. If you see a better way to do it, you’ll speak up. If there’s no playbook, you’ll build one. This isn’t a cozy, predictable, corporate desk job. It’s fast, it’s sometimes messy, and it’s going to look different six months from now than it does today. If you need every answer spelled out for you, this isn’t your gig. We need someone who is local to the Boston area (and up for mostly in-person working), thrives in organized chaos, loves a challenge and working with a kickass team, and can stay composed when things go sideways. The role of project coordinator at Forge is at the center of our customer experience. Our sales team owns customer interactions until a signed deal. From there, you take over, guiding homeowners through the largest purchase they are likely to make in their lifetime other than buying a home or car. You are the face of Forge.
