About The Position

Preparation of products partially or completely for shipping, working on the shop floor by performing the following duties in reasonable and productive time frames: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/8th inch. Must be able to follow verbal instructions, written and pictorial instructions. Must be able to use hand tools. Must be able to Prep/Clean/Close Equipment with minimal instructions or supervision. Must be able to use all basic packing tools and equipment. Must be able to work well and take instructions from others. Availablity to work overtime when required or needed. Other duties as assigned. Requirements

1-3yrs of experience working in a manufacturing environment
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education & experience
Ability to read and understand English instructions
Ability to speak effectively with employees of organization
Abilty to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
