About The Position

The CLDI Service/Installation Assistant provides prompt, efficient, and quality work in the assisting of service and install for Dexter Retail Services, Inc. (DRS) and CLDI technicians and managers for commercial laundry equipment. This position drives a company vehicle to company and customer locations.

Requirements

No prior experience or training necessary.
Valid in-state Driver’s License required with an approved Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
Required to pass a background, physical, drug and alcohol screenings.
Authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Minimum language skills-ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

Follow policies and procedures for Service/Installation Assistant
Support the reporting of parts and labor information regarding all service calls.
Assist in calls delegated to Service Technicians.
Aid in managing and monitoring truck stock inventory in order to reduce open calls due to parts requirements; help be in-stock.
Help maintain vehicle to company standards reporting any issues to Service Manager in a timely fashion.
Communication with supervisor and Service technicians on a consistent basis.
Drives a company vehicle as an essential function of the job.
Maintain an excellent driving record.

Performs other duties as assigned.
