About The Position

The Clay Course Driver will be responsible for taking groups of people from Blackberry Farm to Smoky Mountain Sports Club. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provide transportation for guests and team members to scheduled shoots Follow instructions from your direct supervisor Provides safe transportation for on-the-property or off-property activities Assist all other departments to meet the guest needs Be familiar with all of Blackberry Farm's past, present & future Must comply with all company policies and procedures. Regular and consistent attendance is required to perform the essential functions of this position. Must be able to work well with other Team Members and managers, and interact with our guests. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Hospitality experience required
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and managers
Basic knowledge and understanding of math
Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals
Must be able to operate a company vehicle or golf cart safely
Must be able to sit while driving a vehicle for extended periods
Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
