The Classroom Trainer position involves training employees to be productive in their new roles, conducting orientations for new hires, and maintaining employee paperwork. The trainer will assist the HR department as needed and must be flexible with working hours, including Saturdays. The role requires confidence and comfort in front of large audiences and involves coordinating and facilitating orientation using the Alchemy system. The trainer will perform training courses in various areas including Safety, Food Safety, Foreign Objects, HR Culture, Diversity, Ergonomics, Knife Sharpening, Lockers, Health Services, and Lock-Out/Tag-Out. Additionally, the trainer will issue PPE to new hires and perform annual retraining for all production employees. Job performance will be evaluated by the Training Manager based on the quality of training and communication skills with employees. Attendance and input at weekly group trainers meetings are also required.
