About The Position

Emmanuel Christian School is seeking a Middle School Science Teacher who is passionate about curiosity, discovery, and helping students understand God’s world through scientific inquiry. This role serves grades 6–8 and emphasizes hands-on learning, critical thinking, and clear scientific communication within a Christ-centered classroom environment. The Classroom Teacher provides high-quality, Christ-centered instruction that supports students’ academic growth and spiritual formation. Teachers at ECS integrate biblical worldview into their subject area, foster a culture of respect and responsibility, and partner with families to support student development. This role is foundational in shaping students intellectually, spiritually, socially, and emotionally.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (or relevant experience as determined by administration).
Agreement with and commitment to the mission, vision, and doctrinal statement of Emmanuel Christian School.
