About The Position
The Riverside Magnet School at Goodwin University (http://www.riversidemagnetschool.org) is a public magnet school in East Hartford, CT serving children Pre-K through Grade 5. We are actively searching for a full time 3rd Grade Teacher for the 2025-26 school year. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the learning of students in their classroom integrating the school's Reggio Emilia philosophy, be student centered, collaborative and knowledgeable about best practice for elementary aged children and enjoy working with a dynamic team of educators. The position in a public, urban district with small class sizes. Strong support network for new and veteran teachers. School system ensures that teachers have access to the resources and materials they need for high quality instruction. TRB benefits for all certified staff. Applicants must have appropriate CT teaching certification or provide evidence of eligibility. Competitive salary and fringe benefit package available.
