About The Position

The Support/Instructional Assistant position involves providing instructional and administrative assistance to students under the direct supervision of a certified teacher or administrator. The role includes assisting in preparing, conducting, and managing activities both inside and outside the classroom.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED certificate.
• Valid Texas educational aide certificate.
• Demonstrated prior successful experience working with children.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's Degree or 60 plus college hours of study at an institution of higher learning.
• Ability to assist in instructing reading, writing, and mathematics.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
