We are seeking a caring, flexible Classroom Floater to join our joyful team at The Learning Experience!

As a Floater, you’ll play an important role in supporting our classrooms throughout the day, helping create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children. Requirements

• Have a passion for working with children
• Are flexible, dependable, and enjoy variety in your day
• Are nurturing, patient, and a team player
• Hold a High School Diploma or GED (required)

Nice To Haves

• Have childcare experience or ECE coursework (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

• Support classrooms across age groups as needed
• Assist teachers in creating a nurturing, engaging learning environment
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Step in to support ratios, transitions, and daily routines
• Collaborate with staff and leadership to support center success
