New Creations Childcare & Learning Centers is seeking passionate childcare professionals to join their exciting, fast-paced organization with 17 centers in the Twin Cities area and growing. This position is for a Classroom Development Director who is passionate about curriculum in an Early Childhood setting, has an eye for improving classroom environments, and enjoys coaching and mentoring new teachers. The role focuses on building and maintaining quality education in programs by focusing on curriculum implementation, classroom growth, and assisting the Site Director in daily classroom operations. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Associates Degree in a related field is required
Must be Teacher qualified under DCYF Rule 3 Standards
Official transcripts of all post-secondary work required
Two to three years of experience as a Teacher or two to three years of leadership experience in related field
State DHS background check and fingerprints shall determine that the applicant has not been “convicted of a felony... has no criminal record that the commissioner reasonably believes renders the person unsuitable to be employed in a child care center.”
Certification in Adult and Pediatric First Aid & CPR completed within 30 days of employment
All required DCYF orientation training completed first day of employment
