About The Position

U.S. Healthcare Services provides services to students throughout Pennsylvania who attend Charter Schools. We are currently looking for Classroom Aides to provide support to children in a grade level from K-6.
Pay: $18/hour
Hours: M-F 9:00am - 2:30pm
Opportunities are for independent contract work that follows the school calendar.

Requirements

• Must possess a minimum of a high school diploma
• Able to obtain clearances

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience working with children or in educational settings are encouraged

Responsibilities

• Supporting teachers in delivering lessons and activities according to the curriculum
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students who need extra help with assignments or understanding concepts
• Help maintain a positive classroom environment by encouraging positive behavior and managing behavioral issues when they arise.
• Collaborate effectively with the teacher to support the overall educational goals of the classroom
