About The Position
Creative Kidz Learning Academy is looking for a dedicated Classroom Aide to join our team in Canton, OH. This full-time position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for working with young children, specifically those aged 2-5 years. As a Classroom Aide, you will play a crucial role in supporting the lead teacher in implementing weekly lesson plans that foster children's learning and development. Your responsibilities will include setting up and cleaning up projects, supervising children during activities, and ensuring a safe and engaging classroom environment. You will also be expected to follow licensing regulations and work collaboratively with other staff members to provide the best care and education for our students. In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact with children in a meaningful way, helping them to grow and learn through play and structured activities. You will supervise children during outdoor recess and assist in various capacities as needed. This position requires a love for working with young children, creativity, and patience. While prior experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong commitment to child care and education.
