Headquartered in Bethesda, MD, Lockheed This Enterprise Operations (EO) position supports the Lockheed Martin Space division located at the Huntsville, AL facility. The primary responsibility of the Tools administrator is to deploy and maintain Model Based Enterprise Applications in a classified environment. This includes working closely with larger enterprise team to ensure applications stay current with deployments on unclassified environment. This IT professional will ensure that the Lockheed Martin IT systems/applications are managed, controlled, and compliant with the Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) and Risk Management Framework (RMF). This includes Engineering Tools implementations, upgrades, operation, and maintenance, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, creation of domain accounts, password issues and service request in the support of closed environments (Servers, Workstations, and Storage). The Tools administrator assists users with resolving technical issues with applications, connectivity and other IT related issues. The Tools Administrator will assist with Information Assurance, performing environmental vulnerability scans, remediation of vulnerabilities and system hardening. The selected candidate will ensure that all Lockheed Martin assets and software are properly accounted for, managed, and controlled. This is a non- telecommuting position including some off-shift hours, weekends and occasional travel. U.S. Citizenship is required at this facility. The position supports a 7 X 24 weekly on-call rotation.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship Required
  • DOD Final Secret Clearance and maintain it throughout the lifecycle of the program
  • Ability to Obtain Security+ Certification or CISSP (within 6 months of Hire) and maintain it throughout the lifecycle of the program
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with one or more of the following:
  • Experience deploying Engineering Tools (i.e., Siemens Teamcenter, Teamwork Cloud, PTC Windchill, EPDM, PROSTEP OpenPDM, DOORS, CREO parametric, etc.)
  • Experience with Linux/UNIX Desktop and Server Administration (i.e., RH8.x, RH9.x, etc.)
  • Experience with Automation (i.e., Creation of Ansible Playbooks, Puppet, Ability to create and maintain Linux Kickstarts, etc.)
  • Experience performing Commercial off the shelf (COTS) software installations and support
  • Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF) Requirements
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and takes initiative.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and negotiations skills.
  • Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools.

  • Knowledge of implementing vulnerability compliance solutions (WSUS, SCCM, Splunk, ACAS, SCAP, HBSS, NESSUS)
