Requirements

  • Possess expert-level knowledge of ICD-705 and TEMPEST-related policies and guidance.
  • Thoroughly understand how to apply written policies, regulations, and guidance to physical construction of secure areas.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 relevant to physical security requirements.
  • A minimum of 5 years of classified physical security experience with strong project management execution.
  • Strong collaborative instincts and ability to keep stakeholders informed throughout project life.
  • Project management skills with experience in high profile/high visibility projects.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience completing Fixed Facility and Tempest Worksheets, and accreditation packages.
  • Experience with UL inspections and processes.
  • Knowledge of budgetary practices and principles.
  • Knowledge of accreditation and co-utilization process.
  • Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design and build of new secure facilities across the country.
  • Ensure that all secure area build plans comply with government customer policies, regulations, and guidance.
  • Participate in meetings with design team stakeholders to ensure room designs include required security features.
  • Prepare accreditation documentation for new builds.
  • Liaise with government sponsors and accreditors and participate in government accreditation inspections.
  • Develop and deploy a strategic vision for classified project management program.
  • Coordinate with the unclassified project management team for vendor coordination and documentation.
  • Establish and control methods and procedures to increase facilities utilization and management effectiveness.
  • Prepare complex statistical analyses, reports, and surveys related to space.
  • Provide information and consultation on costs of planned projects and budgetary planning.
