About The Position
The Department of Human Resources (DHR) is seeking a Classification & Compensation Specialist. This is an entry level role that provides an excellent opportunity to enter this specialized field of human resources. You will support classification and compensation analysts while developing expertise in the fields of classification, compensation and position management. DHR is poised to enter an exciting multiyear project to modernize its classification and compensation system and in this position you'll be able to play a critical and exciting role in that effort.
