The Classification and Treatment Officers (CTOs) at GRCC are responsible for the review of the files of each inmate. They play a vital part in helping Inmates adjust to incarceration by answering questions and establishing a rapport with the inmates on their caseload. They also work closely with security to maintain the safety and security of the institution.
