About The Position

The position involves instructing safe and effective exercise classes while maintaining a professional disposition at all times. The instructor is expected to uphold the standards and policies of the Crunch brand, ensuring that all member requests are facilitated or forwarded to a manager as necessary. The role requires participation in mandatory education certifications and adherence to all club policies and procedures, including those outlined in the Employee Handbook. The instructor will also be involved in monthly or weekly department meetings and employee training meetings.

Requirements

• Maintain valid CPR Certification
• Nationally Accredited Aerobic Certification AFAA, ACE or NASM preferred
• Valid Yoga or Pilates Certification also acceptable

Nice To Haves

• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels
• Strong customer service skills
• Good verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.

• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with Crunch mission statement.

• Follow all club/facility policies and procedures.
• Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook.
