About The Position

The position involves instructing safe and effective exercise classes while maintaining a professional disposition at all times. The instructor is expected to uphold the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with the Crunch mission statement. Responsibilities include maintaining all mandatory education certifications, following all instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures, and facilitating member requests or forwarding them to a manager. The role also requires adherence to all club/facility policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook. Requirements

• Maintain valid CPR Certification
• Nationally Accredited Aerobic Certification AFAA, ACE or NASM preferred.
• Valid Yoga or Pilates Certification also acceptable.

• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels

• Good verbal communication
