About The Position

The position involves instructing safe and effective exercise classes while maintaining a professional disposition at all times. The instructor is expected to demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with the Crunch mission statement. The role requires adherence to all policies, procedures, and standards set forth by the organization, including mandatory education certifications and instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures. The instructor will also facilitate member requests or forward them to a manager as necessary. The job may involve attending monthly or weekly department meetings and employee training meetings.

Requirements

• Maintain valid CPR Certification
• Nationally Accredited Aerobic Certification AFAA, ACE or NASM preferred
• Valid Yoga or Pilates Certification also acceptable

Nice To Haves

• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels
• Strong customer service skills
• Good verbal communication
