About The Position
Class B CDL Driver – Solid Waste & Recycling Operations Pay rate: Annual opportunity of $50,368- $62,656 / year based on hourly wages. This Is Real Work. And It Pays Like It. What You’ll Do • Operate Class B commercial vehicles including front-load, side-load, and roll-off trucks • Complete assigned routes safely while meeting service and productivity expectations • Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns • Communicate with dispatch and supervisors regarding route conditions or service issues • Follow all DOT, safety, and environmental regulations at all times What We’re Looking For • Valid Class B CDL (Class A CDL accepted) • Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience • Experience operating front-load, side-load, and/or roll-off equipment • Strong safety mindset and dependable work ethic • Willingness to work early mornings and Saturdays • Ability to lift, pull, and push objects weighing over 50 pounds Pay & Schedule • Hourly pay • 55+ hours per week is common, with consistent overtime • Early morning start times • Monday through Saturday schedules • Overtime is a regular and expected part of this role
Requirements
