About The Position

We are a leading distributor of automotive fluids with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers, each and every time. We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Distribution Delivery Driver to join our logistics team. Job Summary: The Warehouse Distribution Delivery Driver is responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods from our warehouse to various locations. This role involves driving company vehicles, handling and loading products, and maintaining accurate delivery records. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, a strong work ethic, and a customer-focused attitude.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Utah driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience as a delivery driver, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Ability to operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repetitively.
  • Basic knowledge of delivery and warehouse operations.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to obtain a DOT card.

Nice To Haves

  • CDL (Class B) for larger vehicles.
  • Experience with GPS navigation and route planning.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and vans to transport goods to designated locations.
  • For Commercial Driver's License (CDL) holding drivers: safely operate semis and refers to transport goods to designated locations.
  • Load and unload products from the warehouse and delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
  • Verify the accuracy of delivery orders, including checking product quantities and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing a positive experience by addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Maintain delivery logs, including mileage, delivery times, and customer signatures.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving and delivering goods.
  • Assist in warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and order preparation.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics team to optimize delivery processes and ensure efficient operations.
