About The Position

Scopelitis, Garvin, Light, Hanson & Feary, P.C. is looking for an attorney with 2-5 years of litigation experience to join the Firm’s Dallas/Fort Worth office in the Firm’s Class Action & Complex Litigation practice. The attorney filling this role can expect approximately 75% federal court work with the vast majority of work involving defense of wage & hour class actions and FLSA collective actions. The Firm has a collaborative, team culture that fosters support among peers and collegiality between assistants, paralegals, attorneys, and managers.
