About The Position
ORIENTATION -Orientation is in Springdale, AR -$100 stipend given for food MENTOR TRAINING -minimum of 10 days -paid $75/day -after completion, routed back to AR to complete testing, then upgraded to a solo driving position JOB DETAILS -OTR solo position, runs all 48 states - out 2-4 weeks -dry van trailers -2500+ miles per week
Requirements
- MUST HAVE Class A CDL
- MUST HAVE obtained Class A within the past 12 months
- MUST NOT have more than 3 months exp with any other carrier
- no SAP drivers
- must live within 90 miles of Springdale
Benefits
- pay upon completion of training starts at 0.35cpm, then increases to 0.45 upon completion of 3 months safe solo driving
- raise at year 1 (0.50cpm)
- layover pay : $100/day
- breakdown pay: $40 after 24 hours
- vacation time after 1 year
- passenger policy, but no pets
- paid holidays off ($100 each)
- full benefits, W2
