Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
  • Solid safety focus
  • Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
  • For new drivers: Must have 120 plus hours from an accredited school
  • Practical, performance-based assessment before going solo (for new drivers)

Responsibilities

  • Operate modern Kenworth and Freightliner tractors across the Eastern US
  • Handle high-volume freight, primarily no-touch with 70 percent drop and hook
  • Maintain a solid safety focus and clean MVR
  • Adhere to structured, predictable dispatch planning
