About The Position

We are seeking a Class A CDL Solo Truck Driver. This position is open to recent graduates, and we will provide training for those without experience. The average weekly pay is $1500.00+, with additional monthly performance bonuses. Drivers will be on the road for 2 weeks and then have 2 days at home. We offer both OTR and regional positions, and after gaining 3 months of experience, drivers can transfer to local routes. The freight is no touch, and pay is issued weekly via direct deposit. Drivers can take their trucks home, and we are hiring across all of California with no radius limitations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid Class A CDL required
• No experience necessary; training will be provided
• Clean criminal background check
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
• No speeding tickets over 15 mph in the last 12 months
• No year-long gaps of unemployment in the last 7 years unless in school
• Must be able to pass a hair test
• No DUI/DWI offenses
• Cannot have been terminated from the last trucking position

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class A CDL truck for OTR and regional routes
• Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to safety regulations
• Complete necessary paperwork and logs as required
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members
