About The Position
This position offers an average weekly pay of $1,350, with the potential to earn more based on performance and routes. Annual earnings can reach up to $70,000. Drivers will receive $20 per stop and a sign-on bonus of $1,000, which is paid in two installments: $500 after the first load and $500 after 30 days. Training pay is set at $100 per day for one day of ride-along training. Additionally, holiday pay is provided at $75 for working on a holiday. The role requires drivers to be home daily and off for two days per week, with runs that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. The operation involves slip-seating in a newer model day cab truck, and drivers must use their personal vehicles for the daily commute to the distribution center. The lane information includes runs to store locations in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana, with dry and refrigerated no-touch freight, primarily within 250 miles of the Tipp City, OH distribution center. Freight handling includes live unload or drop & hook at store locations, with possible live load or drop & hook backhauls.
