Requirements

  • Previous contract security, facilities management, military or law enforcement experience.
  • At least 2 years of business management/operations/supervisory experience.
  • Meet and maintain all licensing requirements for Security Officers including passing a Criminal Background Check as required by the Texas PSB.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, complex situations, a diverse team of employees and client requirements on an ongoing basis.
  • Open availability (able to work any days or any shift).
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, orally and in writing.
  • Customer service orientation, personable and friendly.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle crisis situations.
  • Critical thinking and sound judgment.
  • Visual acuity and hearing ability to observe and otherwise obtain information from all relevant sources.
  • Ability to perform general physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs, and/or moving the entire body.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous payroll, billing and scheduling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for day-to-day operations of an assigned account.
  • Hiring, training, disciplining and terminating staff.
  • Build, improve and maintain relationships with clients and employees.
  • Develop & retain staff; coordinate needed support services and solve problems to effectively run the account.
  • Meet or exceed financial & operational goals; provide quality customer service.
  • Maintain or oversee maintenance of weekly operating schedules and completion of payroll for assigned security personnel.
  • Provide after-hour emergency response as required.
