About The Position

CDL-A drivers based join a regional fleet offering weekly home time, dependable miles, and 100% no-touch freight. This position provides a steady routine with predictable earnings each week.
Job Details
Operate regional lanes and reset at home every week.
Drivers average 2,200–2,500 miles weekly with an average haul of about 300 miles.
Freight is all no-touch; roughly half drop & hook.
Equipment and Support
Automatic 2021+ Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors.
Home truck parking is allowed.

Requirements

• CDL-A, age 21+, with at least 3 months solo tractor–trailer experience.
• Clean MVR and PSP, stable work history, and no DUI in the last 5 years.
• DOT drug screen and medical card required.

Benefits

• Mileage scale: $0.54–$0.60 CPM depending on verified experience.
• Weekly gross typically ranges from $1,200 to $1,500.
• Detention starts after 2 hours at $12.50/hr.
• Layover or breakdown pays $100/day.
• Sign-on bonus paid $500 after the first load and $500 after 30 days.
• Performance bonus up to 3 CPM plus full medical, dental, vision, RX, and 401(k) after 30 days.
