About The Position
We are seeking Class A Reefer TEAM Drivers for a full-time, permanent position based in Cedar Falls, IA. This role offers immediate hire with an average weekly pay ranging from $1,500 to $1,800, depending on experience. Drivers will be compensated at a rate of $0.71-$0.75 CPM, with additional stop pay of $15 for an average of 10 stops per week. The schedule is set from Thursday to Monday, with drivers expected to complete their shifts by 1400 on Tuesday. The job involves 53’ reefer regional deliveries to stores, including live unloads and driver assistance. Drivers will be responsible for recording pallets on the dock and moving bulkheads. This position allows drivers to be home weekly with consecutive days off, and they will operate newer model automatic Freightliners and Internationals. Pay is issued weekly via direct deposit, and the position comes with great benefits.
