About The Position
Class A OTR Team Driver - No Touch POSITION DETAILS Pay: Average Weekly Pay Per Driver: $1,500 - $2,100/week (based on experience, miles, and bonuses) Home Time: Flexible - whether you prefer longer hauls for maximum earnings or need a schedule that fits your lifestyle Equipment: 2021 or newer model trucks Route: All 48 states Average Miles: 5,000+ miles per week Freight Type: No-touch freight, 80% drop & hook Extras/Bonuses: Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 split ($2,500 per driver) REQUIREMENTS Must have 3 Months Class A Driving Experience Must be 21 years of age or older No SAP violations in the past 5 years (This is not a SAP-friendly position) Must pass DOT physical and drug test BENEFITS Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Recruiter Job Details ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Must have a valid Class A CDL Clean driving record Ability to operate a manual transmission ADDITIONAL BENEFITS Paid Time Off (1 week after first year) Safe & On-Time Bonus AD&D Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) CARRIER INFORMATION We are committed to providing a supportive and safe work environment. Teams - Will match, but could take a few weeks to find a good match for that Driver Team Straight Pay Effective June 1, 2019: New Team Straight Pay for OTR team drivers. We will no longer offer the 50K bonus to NEW drivers or Vacation. Plus, for every mile a team runs over 20,000 in a calendar month, they will earn extra compensation that will come in a separate check on the third Thursday of the following month. (see high mileage table below). Below are more details. Months of Experience Per Team Per Driver 0 - 3 Months: 0.5 / 0.25 3 - 6 Months: 0.54 / 0.27 7 - 12 months: 0.55 / 0.275 13 - 24 Months: 0.56 / 0.28 25 - 36 Months: 0.57 / 0.285 37 - 60 Months: 0.58 / 0.29 61 - 120 Months: 0.59 / 0.295 >120 Months: 0.6 / 0.3 Extra for High Mileage All Miles - per mile (Split) 20000-21999: 0.02 / 0.01 22000-23999: 0.06 / 0.03 24000-25999: 0.1 / 0.05 26000+: 0.14 / 0.07 Hazmat Accessorial Per Hazmat Load - Split $150 / $75
Requirements
- Must have 3 Months Class A Driving Experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older
