Class A OTR Solo Driver – 100% No Touch Freight
About The Position
We’re hiring Class A OTR Solo Drivers looking for consistent miles, reliable equipment, and flexible home time. If you want nationwide freight without the stress of forced NYC runs or loading/unloading, this position checks all the boxes. POSITION DETAILS 💰 Pay Average Weekly Pay: $1,000 – $1,590/week (based on experience & miles) Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 $500 after first load $500 after 30 days Performance Bonus: Up to +3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity 🏠 Home Time Flexible home time policy to fit your needs Regionalized freight options available 🛣️ Routes & Miles Nationwide OTR – all 48 states Majority of freight runs east of I-35 Average Miles: 2,000 miles/week Top Drivers: 2,300–3,000+ miles/week 📦 Freight 100% No Touch Freight 50–60% Drop & Hook 40–50% Live Load/Unload No forced NYC dispatch (no five boroughs) 🚚 Equipment & Support 2021 or newer trucks 24/7 operations support Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after 2 hours Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100/day 🏖️ Vacation Time 1 Year: 1 week 3 Years: 2 weeks 7 Years: 3 weeks 15 Years: 4 weeks
Requirements
- Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience
- Must be 21 years or older
- No SAP violations in the past 5 years (not a SAP-friendly position)
- Must pass DOT physical and drug test
