About The Position

Ecology Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking qualified and experienced Class A CDL Drivers to join our Transportation team supporting operations in Richmond, Kentucky. Drivers will operate high-side steel end dump trailers, transporting materials safely and efficiently along designated routes originating from the Richmond job site. This role requires a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL), experience operating end dump equipment, and a strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance. Drivers play a critical role in maintaining reliable material transport operations while upholding Ecology Auto Parts’ operational and environmental standards.

Requirements

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience operating end dump trailers (REQUIRED)
  • Experience operating steel end dump trailers or similar heavy equipment preferred
  • Strong understanding of DOT regulations and driver compliance requirements
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds when required
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Reliable work ethic with a strong commitment to safety
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Experience operating steel end dump trailers or similar heavy equipment preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate high-side steel end dump trailers to transport materials along designated routes
  • Adhere to all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of tractors and trailers
  • Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance issues immediately
  • Load and unload materials safely while following proper operational procedures
  • Maintain accurate driver logs, inspection reports, and delivery documentation
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, operations personnel, and site staff
  • Follow established routes and schedules originating from the Richmond, KY job site
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards during all transport activities.
