About The Position

JDEE Transport Services is an Employment Agency for Class A Drivers . We are currently seeking Solo and Pre-made Teams for OTR positions. Solo drivers will run all 48 states (mostly the Midwest) and Pre-made teams will run the lower 48 states. Solo drivers should live within 50 miles of Sharonville, OH (drivers can live further just keep in mind the terminal you’ll be running out of is in Sharonville, OH). Teams can live within 100 miles of Sharonville, OH. Drivers will attend a short 2-day orientation. Sign on bonus: $2,000 paid over 12 months. Solo Average weekly : $0.76 per mile ($1600 - $1900 per week on average (Gross) – Paid weekly 5 days out and 2 days home (Can stay out longer if driver wishes) 2,000 – 3,000 miles per week Team Average weekly: $0.76 per mile ($1600 - $1900 per week on average (Gross) – Paid weekly 5 days out and 2 days home (Can stay longer if driver wishes) 4,000 – 5,000 miles per week Benefits: · Insurance starts on the 1 st day of the month after 30 days of employment. · Vision, Life, 401K Plan Freight Type: Dry Van Light poles and flag poles Mostly touch freight (meaning drivers will assist with unload). Equipment Type: Mostly Internationals & Volvo sleepers (No more than 3 years old). Equipped with both Invertors/ APU’s. Drivers can take trucks home if they have a safe place to park. Truck speed -73 mph on both pedal & cruise.

Requirements

1 yr of verifiable experience in the past 3 years or 2 years of verifiable experience in the past 5 years . (This can be any experience, just needs to be verifiable. Drivers must also have a verifiable commercial Driver’s license in the state of residence)
No more than 4 moving violations in the past 3 years or No more than 2 in the past year. (This includes roadside inspection violations and warnings)
No more than 1 preventable accident in the past year or 2 in the past 2 years.
No accidents involving fatality, bodily injuries treated away from the scene, or disabling damage to a motor vehicle in the past 3 years.
No major moving violations in the past 3 years.
No more than 3 jobs in the past year or no more than 4 in the past 2 years.
Drivers will be required to obtain a new Long Form Physical if it is older than 6 months.
No Drivers with an Automatic restriction.
No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years
Must be able to pass a Urine Drug test.
