Pay and Miles Experienced drivers start at $0.56 CPM with potential to earn up to $0.64 CPM after five years Average 2,500 miles per week Weekly pay between $1,300 and $1,500 Pay increases every 3–6 months Dry Van freight 100% no-touch with 50% drop-and-hook Home Time and Benefits 14 days out 2 full days home Option to take your truck home during time off Full benefits after 30 days including Medical Dental PTO 401K and more $800 vacation pay after one year Rider and pet policy available Trainee Program Must be 21+ with CDL-A and at least 120 hours from an accredited school Paid training at $650/week for 4–6 weeks (200–250 hours) Start at $0.56 CPM after training Rider and pet allowed after training

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license and at least 21 years old
• 6+ months recent Class A driving experience OR CDL school for trainees
• Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents in the last 5 years
• No DUI felony or misdemeanor in the last 10 years
• Must pass urine and hair pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer
• Transport and deliver freight on time to regional locations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork in compliance with DOT regulations
