About The Position
Bhandal Bros. Inc., a family-owned and operated company founded in 1983, is seeking Class "A" Drivers to join our team. As one of the nation's fastest-growing truckload service providers, we pride ourselves on delivering superior service and industry-leading driver pay. Our commitment to customer satisfaction drives us to hire only the most professional and efficient individuals who are dedicated to going the extra mile. We offer a supportive environment where drivers can thrive and contribute to our success. The position involves operating within 11 Western States, including California, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Colorado, Idaho, and Utah. Our drivers can expect to average between 2,800 to 3,400 miles per week, with the flexibility to request home time as needed. We ensure that our drivers have a hassle-free experience with 100% no-touch freight, meaning they will not be required to handle the lumping. Our fleet consists of modern trucks, including Volvo, Peterbilt, and Mack models from 2021 to 2024, equipped with refrigerated trailers featuring 100% Thermo King units. Each driver is assigned their own truck, eliminating the need for slip seating, and we utilize Verizon Connect ELD for efficient tracking and compliance. We are looking for dedicated drivers who have a minimum of one year of driving experience, a valid Commercial Driver License, and a clean driving record.
