Position Overview: As a Class A Driver, you will operate COMMERCIAL CLASS A TRUCK. You will pick up & deliver materials from the Materials Recovery Facility to the landfill and PORTS TERMINAL EXEPERINCE SUCH AS LONG BEACH, LOS ANGELES ETC..

Requirements

Current 10 years driving experience with a Class A Commercial Driver's License
Current TWIC Card
EXPERINCE NAVIGATING BUSY PORT TERMINAL SYSTEM SUCH AS LONG BEACH, LOS ANGELES, ELIZABETH ETC.
Safely and efficiently transporting cargo containers between seaports areas and distribution centers.
Experience with port pick up and drop offs.
High School diploma or GED
Must have acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) based on hiring standards and company mental and physical requirements

Responsibilities

This position involves operating heavy-load vehicles to two or more locations EXPERINCE NAVIGATING BUSY PORT TERMINAL SYSTEM SUCH AS LONG BEACH, LOS ANGELES, ELIZABETH ETC.
Load and unload freight as required.
Perform daily pre-trip and safety inspections on equipment.
Follow dispatch instructions and communicate with dispatch on delays, arrivals, equipment problems, etc., as required.
Maintain accurate daily logs, verify and complete required documentation and reports.
Meet all Safety, Service & Efficiency standards for the position.
