Class A Driver (Tanker)
About The Position
Class A CDL Liquid Tanker Regional Driver Freight Type: Liquid Tanker Lanes: AL, GA, KY, NC, IN, OH, TN, TX Average Miles: 2,000/week Schedule: Varies 1-2 nights out per trip, all resets done at home. A lot of Sunday starts Home Time: 1-2 nights out per trip, all resets at home Freight: Use of pump and hoses to unload into tanks and totes Equipment: 2019 and newer Mack and Internationals Truck Speed: Cruise 68 MPH, Pedal 65 MPH 24 Hour Dispatch: Yes Routing/Fuel Stop Flexibility: Yes Idle Air Policy: No max Average Pay: $1,200-$1,500 per week Pay Frequency: Weekly every Friday via Direct Deposit Referral Bonus: $1,500 ($750 at hire, $750 at 90 days) Benefits: BCBS health insurance starts 1st of month following 60 days from hire, VSP Vision Vacation: 1 week after 1 year (calculated on 52 week average)
Requirements
- Class A CDL
- Tanker required
- Hazmat required
- TWIC required
- Minimum of 24 months of recent verifiable tractor-trailer experience OR 6 months of previous Liquid experience
- Minimum Age: 21
- Drug Testing: Urine & Hair
- No more than 6 jobs in past 3 years
- No felonies in past 7 years, no lifetime violent/sexual offenses
- No current probation or parole
- No pets or passengers
