About The Position

Sugar Creek is hiring Class A Owner Operators immediately for steady dedicated runs. We are looking for dependable drivers ready to work at least 5 days per week. Sugar Creek Enterprises is a growing transportation company based in Bloomington, CA. We work hard to keep our drivers moving with steady freight, clear communication, and consistent support. We understand that drivers are the backbone of the business, and we are looking for dependable Owner Operators who want to work with a company that values professionalism, reliability, and long-term relationships. These are dedicated runs daily. PAY: - AZ Outbound: $950 - $1116 Backhaul: $350 - $450 - UP NORTH (Stockton / Tracy / Dinuba) Outbound: $1,030 - $1141 Backhaul: $500 - $600 - VEGAS Outbound: $720 - $800 Backhaul: $350 - $450 - LOCAL (IE, OC, LA Areas) Rate is per load - 1 live load & 1 live off load = 1 load Per Load: $280 - $350 (Drivers get 2 loads a day) Why Choose Sugar Creek? Requirements

  • Must own and operate a well-maintained tractor (Class A required).
  • Valid CDL Class A with at least 2 years of verifiable experience.
  • Clean MVR and current Medical Card (MVR/H6 within 30 days).
  • Minimum age of 23 years, and must meet insurance requirements.
  • Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
  • Reliable, professional, and committed to consistent communication with dispatch.

Responsibilities

  • Transport goods safely and efficiently across designated routes, ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of cargo, mileage, and fuel consumption to support operational transparency.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring all safety protocols are adhered to.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to provide updates and address any concerns.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies, promoting a culture of safety and responsibility.
  • Manage time effectively to optimize delivery schedules and meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in service delivery and efficiency.
