About The Position

The Class A Driver position involves the safe and efficient delivery of Phillips products from the Easton distribution center to various customers and clients. This role operates on a 4-day work week with shifts starting at 5 am, and may require overnight stays. The driver is expected to maintain high safety standards and provide excellent customer service during deliveries.

Requirements

• Must have an active CDL A
• Must have an excellent driving record with a minimum of one year experience
• Solid understanding and compliance with DOT regulations and requirements
• Ability to work flexible hours and be comfortable with overnight layovers.

Responsibilities

• Operate a tractor-trailer over varying distances between the Company facility and customer delivery and pickup locations.
• Ensure that the workload that is tendered to you is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Promote safety through a clean MVR and minimize company liability through accident and injury-free performance.
• Provide superior customer service during delivery and pickup operations, maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.
• Maintain all certifications required by DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and company safety programs.
• Prepare all required assigned documentation, including daily logs and reports, by Phillips Feed policies.
• Maintain and protect all company property entrusted to the driver.
• Participate in a safety culture that includes no recordable accidents and no loss of time injuries, ensuring proper PPE is always used.
