Additional Compensation Details: Potential 90-day performance-based raise Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure The Role You will be primarily responsible for moving trailers around our warehouses in SODO located at 4103 2nd Ave S and communicating with our supervisors and staff over radio about trailer moves.
Requirements
- 23+ years or older, due to insurance requirements
- 1+ year of driving experience highly preferred.
- Valid Class A CDL and medical card
- Interstate qualification, registered
- Demonstrated ability to lift/ push/ pull 50+lbs. throughout the shift.
- Per DOT rules, applicant should have the ability to read and understand English.
- Satisfactory driving record.
- Must be open to working Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and safely maneuver trucks around our Seattle warehouses using an Ottawa yard truck
- Ability to work with a team and communicate effectively using radios
- Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Promote & maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented attitude with co-workers
- All other duties as requested or assigned
