About The Position

Class A Driver- Hazmat Required Plymouth, WI and surrounding areas Key Responsibilities As a Class A Hazmat Truck Driver, you will: Transport finished goods and raw materials between manufacturing plants and customer sites. Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and mechanical compliance. Follow routes, meet delivery schedules, and collect/verify delivery instructions. Document and log work/rest periods, mileage, and receipts in accordance with DOT and company requirements. Comply with all federal, state, and company trucking regulations regarding size, weight, routing, parking, and rest breaks. Operate electronic equipment and software systems (GPS, AVL, etc.) for routing and delivery tracking. Safely maneuver trucks into loading and unloading positions. Immediately report any defects, accidents, violations, or service interruptions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven truck driving experience in a commercial motor vehicle.
  • Valid Class A CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
  • No more than 2 moving violations within the last 36 months.
  • No serious traffic convictions in the last 36 months.
  • No more than one preventable accident in the last 36 months.
  • No drug or alcohol convictions in the last 5 years.
  • Proficient with electronic devices and in-cab technology (GPS, AVL units, CB).
  • Ability to drive long hours and adapt to unexpected conditions (traffic, weather, rerouting).
  • Flexibility to run team drives and out-of-state routes.
  • Must successfully pass pre-employment background and drug/alcohol testing.
