Class A Delivery Driver
About The Position
Reddy Ice is a leading brand in ice production and manufacturing, valuing consistency, quality, and service. This full-time, permanent Class A Delivery Driver position involves delivering ice to customers using articulated vehicles (tractor-trailers) that require a CDL class A license. Drivers will be assigned delivery routes or transport truckloads of ice to specific customer locations, with regions, routes, and equipment subject to change based on business needs. Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must have a current/valid class A CDL license
- Must possess driving record that meets or exceeds company-qualifying standards
- A minimum of one (1) year experience as a driver in a vehicle similar to which you will be assigned to operate during the time of employment with the company is required
Nice To Haves
- Three years previous route delivery driver or DSD experience
Responsibilities
- Deliver ice to customers in articulated vehicles (tractor-trailers)
- Unload, load, and rotate product in merchandisers / iceboxes
