About The Position

Shamrock Foods Company is currently seeking CDL Delivery Drivers for day routes. This position offers a guaranteed hourly rate of no less than $30/hr, with the potential for additional incentives. The average associate in this role earns approximately $80,361 annually, while top performers can earn up to $127,833. The primary responsibility of this position is to drive trucks over established routes to safely and efficiently deliver products and render services.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have Commercial Driver's License (CDL) for tractor trailer operation.
• Must have a good driving record for the past 39 months.
• One or more years of tractor trailer/route delivery experience.
• Must be available to work with the demands of the department, which are subject to overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Loading and/or unloading products at various locations primarily within a specific geographic territory, usually completed within the shift.
• Delivering items such as perishable foods, tabletop items, special equipment, and frozen foods.
• Informing customers of new products or services, issuing sales promotion materials, and resolving customer complaints.
• Recording information on daily sales/delivery records and obtaining customer signatures upon pickup/delivery.
• Complying with company policies and D.O.T. regulations.
• Performing other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
