About The Position
CLASS A COMPANY OTR DRIVER - NO EXP REQUIRED 90 Miles of Nashville, TN POSITION DETAILS Starting Pay: $0.35 CPM during training, advancing to full OTR pay rates Paid Training: $75 per day during mentor training (minimum 10 days) $100 food stipend during 7-day onboarding class Average Weekly Pay after upgrade: $1,300 - $1,400+ (2,600 - 2,800 miles/week) Home Time: 7-14 days out depending on domicile location Full 34-hour reset every Sunday 70% Drop & Hook freight - more miles for you Dry Van - No Touch freight Dedicated customer base - loads planned 24-72 hours in advance Late-model, well-maintained equipment (Sleepers - 100% Automatic) 24/7 Office & Maintenance Support Weekly settlements via direct deposit TRAINING PROGRAM 7-day onboarding class at company headquarters Skills evaluation and additional training if needed Paired with experienced mentor after onboarding Minimum 10 days mentor training ($75/day paid) Upgraded to 1st Seat OTR position once approved by Safety
Requirements
- Must have a valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card
- Must have graduated from a verifiable Truck Driving School (TDS) within the last 12 months
- Must be at least 21 years old
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- Must be willing to travel to company headquarters for onboarding
